Sunday School

Sunday School Classes begin at 9:45 am in the Family Life Center. 


These consist of various short-term and long-term small groups as well as seasonal studies for adult men and women that meet throughout the week. 

ADULT SUNDAY SCHOOL

The Serendipity Class

The Family Life Center, Room 207

The premise of the Serendipity Class is that the Bible is still relevant to modern life. The class is comprised of a diverse group of intergenerational members, marital status, bible knowledge, and life experiences.


The Outbackers Class

The Family Life Center, Room 202

The Outbackers is an intergenerational class including singles and couples. Issues facing Christians in the everyday world are springboards for class topics.


S.A.L.T. (Young Adults)  (ages 20-50)

The Family Life Center - Room 205

The Young Adults group meet each Sunday as well as different social events. Discussions revolve around “todays” day to day topics.


The Iron Men Class

The Family Life Center - Room 208

The Iron Men Class is an inter-generational men's Bible class.


An Adult Lectionary Sunday School Class

The Sanctuary Building * The Wesley Room. 

This class has discussion in accordance with the Lectionary for that Sunday. 


CHILDREN & YOUTH

Children’s Classes - This Sunday School program includes classes for children age 2 through the fifth grade. Each lesson is based on a Bible verse and includes activities, craft projects, music, mission projects and stories appropriate to each grade level. Each third grade student is presented a personalized Bible as a gift from Aldersgate .



Middle School - This program engages young people in Bible study and discussion, encourages them to think about their faith and beliefs and to helps them to mature with their walk with Christ and in everyday life. This is a missions oriented group that helps others through mission service projects.


High School Classes - The Senior High class addresses the needs and concerns of the students in the 9th -12th grades. How our faith can help us in our daily lives and in our personal relationships is stressed. Our obligations to Christ are investigated and discussed.
