The holiday season is quickly approaching and many – but not all of us – look forward to the festivities and family gatherings. Some of you may have a difficult time with the holidays because of the recent loss of a loved one or this may be time when someone you cared about passed away during the holiday season. Perhaps this has just been a personally trying year and you’re wondering how to cope and get through the holidays because you may be experiencing sadness or a sense of being blue.

It is possible for you to experience the holidays is a new and more comforting way. Attend the “Surviving the Holidays” workshop on Tuesday, Nov.5th at 6:30 p.m. BESIDE THE SANCTUARY. If you are experiencing a less than festive mood about the upcoming holidays, do yourself a favor and sign up for this one session workshop, For more information you may contact Barbara Atkinson at 919 638-5711 or habnc@hotmailcom
